How Do I Book A Bus?

Kindly share your trip details through our booking form or contact us via Whatsapp or Email. We will reach out shortly with a quotation, which will be followed by an invoice if accepted.

We will provide booking confirmation upon receipt of payment advice and bus details will be shared via Whatsapp upon scheduling.

How far in advance should I make my booking?

While we will attempt to fulfil any last minute requests, please allow us up to 3 days advance notice to ensure a smooth booking process.

Changing my booking

Major amendments to trip details may result in price changes due to fleet availability.
Unfortunately, we are only able to issue partial refunds for cancellations and none for last minute (<24 hour notice) cancellations.

Payment

We encourage payment via PayNow or bank transfer. We are able to accept credit card payments via Paypal, subject to an additional 3% processing fee (charged by Paypal).

Pre-payment is required to confirm bookings, but we are able to extend payment terms on a case-by-case basis for regular corporate clients.

What if I need more time? How long can my bus wait?

We extend a 15 minute grace waiting period for all booked trips, after which customers will be charged an additional 50% of the 1 way booking fee for every 30 minutes and part thereof.
