How often do bus timings refresh?
BusSing asks LTA for the latest arrival estimates when you open a stop and when the app refreshes. There is no fixed timer to rely on because LTA can change an estimate as a bus moves or traffic changes. Open the stop in BusSing with an internet connection when you want the freshest result.
Does BusSing need an internet connection?
Live bus arrivals need an internet connection. You can still plan MRT routes with BusSing’s offline maps, but offline planning does not include live disruption information.
Why did an arrival time change?
Arrival times are estimates, not fixed timetables. LTA can update them as a bus moves, traffic changes or new data becomes available, so the same bus may show a different time a moment later.
Is BusSing free to use?
BusSing is free to download and has no ads. Bus arrivals, standard widgets, alight reminders and offline MRT planning are available without BusSing Express.
What is BusSing Express?
BusSing Express adds unlimited Live Activities and location-aware widgets that can select a nearby stop. Open the Express screen in the app for the current allowance and price in your region.
Can I use BusSing on Apple Watch or iPad?
Yes. BusSing supports iPhone and iPad with iOS or iPadOS 18 or later, and Apple Watch with watchOS 11 or later. Live arrivals still need an internet connection.
