SG BusLeh is built around lists of nearby stops and arrivals. It has ads and does not show live bus locations. BusSing is map-focused and ad-free, with widgets and Live Activities for checking arrivals outside the app.

SG BusLeh keeps the bus view list-focused
SG BusLeh can search bus numbers, postal codes, buildings, roads and stop IDs. Its nearby and favourites screens put stops and arrivals in lists, with crowd levels as bars and Going Out and Coming Back groups. It does not show live bus locations.
BusSing also has strong stop search and grouped favourites. The difference is presentation: BusSing puts stops and live bus locations on a map, while SG BusLeh keeps the main bus view centered on lists. SG BusLeh has ads, with a paid subscription to remove them.
BusSing adds live bus locations and Apple widgets
BusSing has strong stop search and grouped favourites too. It puts arrivals on Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets, Dynamic Island, Live Activities and Apple Watch. That cuts down the open, refresh, lock, repeat loop.
It also shows live bus locations and has alight reminders, offline MRT routing, traffic incidents and ETA Trust Scores. BusSing has no ads, and its App Store privacy label says it does not collect data.
SG BusLeh charges every three months to remove ads
SG BusLeh includes ads. Its Singapore App Store listing shows Ad Removal at S$1.48 for three months, checked on 11 September 2026. The description says this subscription renews automatically each quarter.
BusSing has no ads in either the free app or Express. You can check a stop without an advertising interruption or a recurring ad-removal payment.
Privacy is the clearest split
SG BusLeh says identifiers may track you across other companies' apps and websites. Its label also lists location, identifiers, usage data and diagnostics as data that may be collected without linking it to you.
Pick SG BusLeh if you prefer a list-first view and its grouped favourites. Pick BusSing if you want strong search and grouped favourites with a map-focused view, Apple widgets and Live Activities, plus a no-data-collected privacy label. BusSing is ad-free even without Express.
