If Singapore bus timings disappear, open the same stop in BusSing and check your connection first. A blank arrival estimate alone does not tell you whether a bus has been cancelled. Confirm the stop code and service before changing your journey.
Is the missing timing for the right stop?
Start with the stop code on the bus stop sign. Compare it with the stop selected in the app, then check the service number and destination. A stop across the road can have a similar name but serve a different direction.
If you opened a saved favourite, check it too. A familiar name is easy to trust when you are in a hurry. Confirm where that stop sits on the map before walking towards it.
Is only the widget missing an estimate?
Compare the widget with the same service at the same stop inside BusSing. If the app has a timing, focus on the widget setup. If neither view has one, check your connection and the arrival data before removing the widget.
Try opening a webpage to check that your phone has internet access. If it does not load, restore the connection and return to BusSing. Live bus arrivals need internet access even though the MRT route planner can work offline.
Does no timing mean no bus?
No. LTA provides estimated arrivals for services at a queried stop. BusSing documents that live data can be unavailable during LTA maintenance. A missing estimate is therefore not enough evidence to say a service has ended or been cancelled.
Check current operator notices and the service information at the stop if you need to establish whether a bus is running. Near the end of the day, check the last-bus information for that stop and direction. Avoid treating an empty countdown as a timetable.
What should you send to support?
If the problem persists, a precise report is more useful than repeatedly reinstalling the app. Record the stop code, service number, date and local time. Say whether every service was blank or only one, and whether the app and widget differed.
Include your app and iOS versions. If you attach a screenshot, remove private notifications first. These details give support a specific arrival query to investigate without needing your whole journey history.
